Stay connected 24/7 in Korea with eSIMs, without the hassle.

You may have heard a lot about SIM cards, but have you ever used an eSIM before? Well, before we tell you more about them in detail, just know that you should get one for your next trip to Korea! They’re a much simpler alternative to your SIM cards.

1. What is an eSIM & Why should you get one?

First of all, an eSIM basically does what any other SIM card does. The biggest difference is that it’s a digital SIM, not a physical one, that allows you to change your cellular plan.

Why should you get one? That’s easy. Because it’s software-based, the physical card is no longer required and that means you won’t have to change out your current eSIM. Another benefit is that you don’t have to go through the hassle of visiting a pick-up booth for your SIM card either. It’s easy to download via a QR code.

2. How to download/activate eSIM

1) You will receive a QR code via email upon ordering. Scan and download the eSIM to your phone.

2) After installing the plan on your phone, the eSIM will be activated automatically and start to work.

*In case you install the eSIM plan outside Korea, it will be activated automatically when you arrive in Korea and your phone is connected to the local cellular network.

3. eSIM Options
