‘It’s Okay to Not Be Okay’ is currently one of the most popular Korean TV series on Netflix, starring Kim Soo-hyun and Seo Ye-ji. The drama is the love story of Moon Gang-tae (Kim Soo-hyun), a community health worker at the psychiatric hospital, and Ko Moon-young (Seo Ye-ji), a famous children’s book author. 1. Light House Coffee & Bakery

The first scene where the main character Moon-young appears in episode 1, was filmed at Lighthouse Coffee & Bakery in East Incheon. There are many retro-style cafes and shops at Gaehangro in East Incheon.

3. Okjeong Jungang Park

In episode 7, Gang-tae and Moon-young take a walk along the lake at night. This park is Okjeong Jungang Park, also called as Okjeong Lake Park, in Yangju. You can see the music fountain show every Friday at 7pm, from July 23rd to October 30th.

4. Harimgak Chinese Restaurant

Gang-tae, Sang-tae, and Moon-young go to a Chinese restaurant in episode 8. This is an actual Chinese restaurant in Yeongwol, called ‘Harimgak’.
It’s also a place where Gang-tae and Sang-tae have memories of having Chinese food with their mom. Trying Jjajangmyeon (a Chinese-style Korean noodle dish topped with black bean sauce) or Jjampong (a Chinese-style Korean spicy seafood noodle soup) is highly recommended!
5. Sanida Bakery Cafe

In episode 8, Gang-tae and his brother, Sang-tae, stay at Moon-young’s house. Her house was filmed at ‘Sanida Bakery Cafe’, one of the most popular cafes in Wonju!

Sanida Cafe is a fairy-tale-like mansion in the forest, which is the perfect place to escape from busy city life and be surrounded by nature! Please be aware that only the gate and the door front parts were actually filmed, but the rest of the parts of Moon-young’s house was CG.
6. Ayajin Beach

In episode 9, you can see this beautiful beach where Moon-young drives with Gang-tae (although she eventually drops him off there alone). This is Ayajin Beach in Goseong, Gangwon-do.
