Yeonnam-dong is one of Seoul‘s trendiest neighborhoods, popular with people of all ages. Nestled just north of the bustling Hongdae area, it is celebrated for its vibrant cafe culture and artistic atmosphere. If you prefer a quieter and relaxed environment, Yeonnam-dong is the place to be. There are lots of cafes where you can get the perfect Instagram picture, study for an exam, or enjoy innovative drinks and desserts.
The easiest way to get there is by taking Line 2, AREX, or the Gyeongui-Jungang Line to Hongik University Station and coming out of exit 3. This will bring you to the Gyeongui Line Forest Park, where the cafes are within a short walk of this exit.
