Hanwoo Omakase is a distinctive culinary experience that has quickly become a sensation in Seoul. Omakase, which traditionally refers to a multi-course meal where the chef selects and prepares dishes based on the freshest ingredients of the day, originated in high-end Japanese sushi restaurants.

The Korean adaptation centers around Hanwoo, highly prized Korean beef known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and deep flavor. At Hanwoo omakases, meat is prepared using diverse techniques- from raw beef sushi and lightly charred steaks to beef sandwiches and soups.
