Yangpyeong is one of the most famous paragliding sites in Korea with its fascinating bird’s-eye views over where the North and South Han Rivers meet. Also, you’ll get to see the breathtaking mountainous landscape. You can easily get there from Seoul by subway, which takes about an hour. And they gave me instructions in English. I went with my older sister, and her takeoff was perfect. On my first takeoff, the wind suddenly dropped, so we skimmed the ground a bit and crashed into some brambles and had to do it again.
