2. Goldfish Bread (“Boong-uh-ppang”)

Shaped like a fish and full of sweet red bean filling, this distinctive treat has been around for decades in Korea. Also, it is a nostalgic snack to Koreans. A “boong-uh” is a crucian carp, which looks like a big goldfish. Why not treat yourself with this unique winter-specific Korean snack?
3. Sweet Korean Pancake (“Hotteok”)

7. Water Drop Pudding

Even though it sounds odd, water drop pudding is actually quite delectable. Being originally from Japan, it resembles a large drop of water, but is actually a cake. There are flavors like strawberry, mango, plain and more as well as glazes and a helping of sliced almonds on the side. Consume within 30 minutes or it will turn into a sweet puddle of water!
